Your team running the site confidently, without calling a developer for a typo.

A website your team is afraid to touch is a website that goes stale. The fear is rational, nobody showed them which parts are safe to edit and which aren't, and it costs you real money every time a text change waits three days for a developer.

The approach

Filed under Working together. The ways teams and agencies plug me into their work.

I run live, hands-on training on your actual site, not a generic demo install: editing pages and posts, working with your specific fields and blocks, managing products, users and forms. Every session is recorded, and you get a short manual written for your site specifically.

What the engagement includes

05 deliverables · all in the quoted price

01The headline deliverable

Live training on your site

Screen-share sessions working on your real pages, tailored to what your team actually edits.

02

Recorded sessions

Every session recorded and yours to keep, new hires learn from the same material.

03

Custom admin manual

A concise, illustrated guide to your specific admin, not generic WordPress docs.

04

Role-based safety setup

Editor/author roles configured so nobody can break what they shouldn't touch.

05

30 days of follow-up

Quick email answers while the training beds in, the questions always come week two.

How it runs

Same four beats on every engagement, this one included. No discovery-call theater.

01

Brief in plain language

Describe the project the way you'd say it out loud. Links, deadlines and a rough budget all help.

02

Written quote in one business day

A fixed range and a recommendation, plus an honest note if this service isn't the right fit for it.

03

Build on a private staging link

You watch progress live and give feedback in plain words. No ticket system required.

04

Launch, then 30 days of support

Fixes and tweaks are included while the site settles in. After that, you choose what ongoing care looks like.

Honest answers first

Anything missing? Ask directly and get a reply within 24 hours.

Q1Our site was built by someone else. Can you still train us on it?

Yes, I audit the setup first so I understand how your particular theme and plugins work, then teach that. If the audit turns up things that make the admin needlessly confusing, you'll get a straight list of cheap fixes too.

Q2How technical do participants need to be?

If they can use email and Word, they're qualified. The training deliberately avoids jargon and focuses on the fifteen tasks your team will do weekly, practiced until they're boring.

Q3Is training included when you build a site for us?

Every build I deliver includes a recorded walkthrough. This service is the deeper version, live sessions, a written manual and follow-up, for teams who publish frequently or inherited a site nobody understands.
