buildwithhumza.com is run by Mohammad Humza, an independent WordPress developer. When this page says “I”, it means me. For anything about your data, email hello@buildwithhumza.com.

Only what you choose to send, plus the basic logs every web host keeps.

• Contact, briefing and mockup forms: your name, email address and anything else you fill in, such as phone number, company, current website, the services you need, budget range and your message.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type, and your name and email address if you give them.
• Server logs: the hosting providers below record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the site.

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking scripts. Blog pages may show products or services I mention; if I ever add advertising or affiliate links, I will update this page before they go live and label those links clearly.

• To reply to you, send a quote or a mockup, and do the work you hire me for.
• To keep records of projects and invoices.
• To keep the site running and protect it from abuse and spam.

I do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a newsletter. The forms say “No newsletters, no spam”, and that is the rule.

A few services handle data on my behalf so the site can work:

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps its server logs, including a copy of form and chat submissions written to the log when they arrive.
• Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox by email.
• Google hosts the email inboxes those messages arrive in.
• Anthropicprovides the AI model that writes the chat assistant’s replies, so your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate an answer.
• Hostinger hosts the WordPress system that stores the blog posts and images.

Emails and project records are kept for as long as they are useful for the work and for my business and tax records. Server logs are kept by the hosting providers for their own limited periods. You can ask me to delete your messages at any time.

You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@buildwithhumza.com and I will reply within a few business days. If you sent something by mistake, tell me and I will remove it.

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect data from children.

If what the site collects changes, I will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
