Retainer / full-time
Let's talk
Ongoing retainers sized to your workload, or hiring a remote senior developer full-time and on long contracts (3–12 months).
- Retainers adjust monthly: scale hours up or down as work changes
- Full-stack: WordPress/PHP plus React, Next.js, Node, Laravel
- US-hours overlap guaranteed, any timezone
- References and portfolio walkthrough on request
Rates current as of Q3 2026 and honored for any project quoted while they're published. Nonprofits and early-stage founders: ask about the reduced tier, a few slots per quarter are reserved at lower rates.
Working terms
Four promises, in writing.
Response in 24 hours
Every message answered within one business day, usually within four hours. 7 days a week.
No silent scope drift
If something you ask for isn't in scope, you hear it before it's built, with a price. Surprises on invoices end relationships; I like my relationships long.
You own everything
Code, accounts, licenses, hosting, all in your name from day one. Fire me anytime and lose nothing but my company.
Honest fit check
If your project needs a team of six or a $200/hr specialist, I'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere real.
How fast can you start?+
Small engagements (audits, fixes, hourly work) usually start within 2–3 business days. Full builds book 1–3 weeks out depending on the current pipeline. Emergencies, site down, hacked, jump the queue same-day.
Do you work with clients in my state?+
Yes. I work remotely with clients in all 50 US states and have shipped projects across most of them, invoicing, contracts and timezone overlap are all set up for US businesses. I also take international clients.
What does a typical project cost?+
Elementor sites run $250–$1,200+ fixed and custom widgets $30–$200 each. Custom WordPress builds run $600–$1,800+, plugin development $100–$2,000, bug fixes $50–$1,200. Full-stack web development runs $800–$2,500+ fixed. Hourly work goes from $8/hr on Elementor to $25–$35/hr on full-stack, and you get a written range after one call.
Can you join our existing team part-time?+
Yes, that's what the retainer is for, and it's sized to your workload: scale hours up for a launch, back down after. I embed in your Slack/PM tool, attend the standups that matter, and behave like a senior teammate who happens to invoice.
What if I just found you on LinkedIn next to a job post?+
Welcome, this page is my application. Case studies show the work, rates are above, and the contact form reaches me directly. Mention the role and I'll reply with relevant work samples within 24 hours.
Why not just hire through a freelance marketplace?+
You can, but hiring directly saves you the 5–10% client-side platform fees, gets faster communication, and puts a real contract between us. Marketplaces are fine for $200 tasks; direct is better for anything that matters.
