Your agency's WordPress bench, invisible to your clients.

Design and marketing agencies hit the same wall: WordPress builds pile up, hiring a full-time developer doesn't pencil out, and the last contractor missed two deadlines with your client watching. White-label works when the developer treats your reputation as the deliverable.

The approach

Filed under Working together. The ways teams and agencies plug me into their work.

I plug into your process, your PM tool, your Slack, your staging conventions, and ship builds your clients believe came from your in-house team. NDA standard, your branding on everything, and I never contact your clients directly.

One senior developer, no hand-offs · Remote, all US timezones

What the engagement includes

05 deliverables · all in the quoted price

01The headline deliverable

Overflow build capacity

Figma-to-WordPress and Elementor production during your crunch months, no retainers required.

02

Under-NDA delivery

Your brand on staging screenshots, docs and handoffs. My name appears nowhere.

03

Fixed-quote sprints

Scoped quotes you can mark up confidently, no hourly drift eating your margin.

04

Maintenance under your brand

I run the care plans; you keep the recurring revenue relationship.

05

Direct dev-to-designer line

I work from your designers' files and speak their language, spacing tokens, not 'make it pop'.

How it runs

Same four beats on every engagement, this one included. No discovery-call theater.

01

Brief in plain language

Describe the project the way you'd say it out loud. Links, deadlines and a rough budget all help.

02

Written quote in one business day

A fixed range and a recommendation, plus an honest note if this service isn't the right fit for it.

03

Build on a private staging link

You watch progress live and give feedback in plain words. No ticket system required.

04

Launch, then 30 days of support

Fixes and tweaks are included while the site settles in. After that, you choose what ongoing care looks like.

Honest answers first

Anything missing? Ask directly and get a reply within 24 hours.

Q1How do you stay invisible to our clients?

Everything client-facing carries your brand: staging URLs on your domains, docs from your templates, and communication routed through your PM. Contractually backed by NDA.

Q2What if our client requests changes after handoff?

Each build includes a revision window for exactly that. Beyond it, change requests get same-day micro-quotes so you can pass pricing to your client without awkward delays.

Q3Can you handle several projects from us in parallel?

Two concurrent builds per agency is my ceiling, that's what keeps the deadline record intact. Slots book about three weeks out.
