The challenge
DeskFlex sells hybrid workplace software, desk booking, room reservations and office hoteling, to enterprise buyers in dozens of industries and markets. That takes a very large marketing site: a deep product catalog, industry landing pages, a busy blog and newsroom, all of it multilingual, and all of it editable by the marketing team without a developer on call.
What was built
- 01
Built on WordPress and Elementor with reusable templates, so DeskFlex's own team can create and edit product, industry, support, blog and newsroom pages without touching code.
- 02
Structured the catalog around what buyers actually search for: separate landing pages per product capability and per industry, with live-demo and 30-day-trial calls to action wired through every path.
- 03
Multilingual architecture spanning seven languages and 10+ regional locales (en-US, en-GB, es-MX, fr-CA and more), each with correct hreflang so every market lands on its own version.
- 04
Delivery hardened with WP Rocket caching and a Yoast-driven technical SEO setup across 1,100+ indexed URLs.
The outcome
The site is DeskFlex's global storefront: 533 marketing pages and 628 posts serving seven languages, with demo bookings and free trials as the primary conversion paths, and the in-house team publishing new content weekly on the system built for exactly that.
